🛠️ Order Processing
- All SofaSavers are made to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing.
- You’ll receive a tracking number during this period. Please note tracking updates may take up to 5 business days to appear after dispatch.
- Processing times may be longer during peak periods (e.g. holidays or major sales), but we do our best to keep things moving quickly.
📦 Estimated Delivery Times
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within:
5–15 business days across Australia and New Zealand.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and do not include processing time. We rely on third-party couriers, and delays can occasionally occur due to high volume, regional location, weather or unforeseen issues in transit.
⏳ Delivery Delays
We understand delays can be frustrating. While we strive for prompt deliveries, once the parcel leaves our warehouse, it is in the hands of the courier.
That said, if your delivery is taking longer than expected, our team is here to help. We’ll work with the courier to resolve any issues and keep you updated.

Need to cancel? Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
We process orders quickly—if your parcel has already been packed or shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it.
